Returns Policy

Returns requirements:

JUST-ENE allows you to return your shoes on the following conditions (if each of these terms are not met, JUST-ENE might reject your return request):

  1. All returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the original delivery date.
  2. All returns must be only due to manufacture and/or quality faults, which were a result of JUST-ENE’s liability.
  3. Users must strictly follow the logistics communication, confirmation and shipment established by JUST-ENE.
  4. All shoes must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging, which must be as good as new.


Once we have checked that your shoes are in perfect condition, JUST-ENE will proceed to refund the total amount of your payment within 3-5 working days. Otherwise, JUST-ENE will notify you that your request has been denied and will return your order to your original delivery address and you will then be responsible for covering the additional cost. As the client, you must assume the full cost of the transportation if your return petition has been denied. By not doing so, we understand you no longer wish to have your shoes and consequently hand over to JUST-ENE their property free of charge, along with the right to destroy these or hand them over to a third party.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase

Returns process:

If you wish to return your order please contact us at info@just-ene.com, indicating your name, order number which will appear on your delivery receipt, along with a brief description of why you wish to return your product.

Returns Policy Limitations:

JUST-ENE products are not subject to right of withdrawal given that products are manufactured in accordance to specifications provided by the customer or are clearly customizable (pursuant to the 16.c) Article of the 2011/83/UE Directive and the European Parliament and Council of October 28th, 2011).


The gift cards are not refunded
